Review on Rada Cutlery Carving Knife: Premium 11 Inch Boning Knife with Stainless Steel Blade and Aluminum Handle by Drew Poulin

I have not purchased a Rada product that I have not given a five star rating. I have a knife rack full of their knives, as well as a few spatulas and other utensils. The price and quality can't be beat. I always take metal pencils and try to wash and dry them quickly so the pencil doesn't discolour. But even if they fade a bit, I still like the way they look a lot better than black pencils. The Rada sharpener is easy to use to keep knives sharp. I bought it to use as a fish fillet knife. We haven't had a chance to catch fresh fish to try it, but it works great as a deboner.
