I love this product! It looks so good in my truck and works great! I was expecting the process to be a little more streamlined, but I'm glad it works. Initially the screen would not turn off when I parked the truck. I spoke to John at tech support and the can box needed an update. Unfortunately I had to wait up to a weekday as they are closed on weekends. After the update the radio works as it should. The only other disappointing thing is that it's a bit slow. I suspect that the processor cannot handle the performance of some applications. Also, Google Play Movies doesn't work on the device, too bad. Aside from those things, Linkswell is great! A/C works well, reversing camera works well, radio is great, gps is great, wifi works, screen mirroring is amazing! I really like this radio and look forward to many years of use!
