Review on Future Call Picture Speakerphone FC 1007SP by Cara Ulfass

I bought this for my elderly mother. I was hoping for something that would be easy for them to use, NO. She was embarrassed by the two RED buttons and one of them is 911. It is also extremely difficult to make a normal call because of the photos on the buttons. As for the audio, there was a constant crackle on the calls. The volume was never consistent, we couldn't hear incoming calls and it was also difficult to hear people on the phone. We tried everything to make it work, but after two weeks we gave up.
