The best part of working with this group was their ability for creativity in solving problems or finding solutions we did not even know were possible! We have had several different attorneys throughout our engagement but none as great at problem-solving than Mr. Shulman himself who works out his cases from start - through finish (which sometimes can be months). They are very professional yet personable which helps ease any stress you might feel during an awkward situation/negotiation process like dealing with potential investors or other third parties. I've always been incredibly impressed by how hard these guys work everyday without complaint despite my own laziness all too often times. As stated above there has never really ever come up anything negative about either myself personally nor them professionally so it's something definitely worth looking into if your considering hiring lawyers outside your normal network.
