My hydrophobic dog loves it!
My dog hates going outside in the rain. It doesn't rain often here, but when it does, my dog tells me, that's for sure! I bought this for him and some little rubber boots and what the heck is the difference between day and night. Now he LOVES running in the rain! BTW, for size reference, my dog is an American and English Cocker mix, around 20-25 pounds, and I chose a back length of 2 liters (16.1 inches).
