Belt and pulley parts fit as described, we have a 2001 Chevy 1500 5.3 z71 truck, took about 1 hour to replace. I had trouble catching a loud creaking sound coming from the engine area. After replacing the belt and pulley, the creaking was gone and the engine (198 km) sounds like new. To eliminate a noisy/squeaky belt, spray water on it. If it goes away, it's most likely a bad belt. While you've got the belt off, it's time to replace the tensioner.
