No one would have a reason to complain if the faulty component could just be replaced within the terms of the guarantee. The chair is a fan favorite and, in every other way, it lived up to the expectations that were placed upon it. However, the difficulties with (sending back, waiting for when they receive, and not at all in the terms that the operators offer, waiting for the money to be returned, all of these things make the process of communicating with this service more complicated). My only request is that the manufacturer improve the mechanism and the level of service, at the very least in those places that are home to millions of people.
