The well-thought-out ergonomic design of the S-Back chair perfectly fits the person's back and reduces back pain caused by sitting for a long time. Very handy for a changing table as it is adjustable and has a 360° swivel seat and height adjustment, within 4 inches up and down and pivoting. The 360° button under the seat adjusts the backrest angle up to 120°. 90° reclining armrests are a lifesaver Frankly, this chair is feature-packed. I love that it's almost 22 inches tall so if you have longer legs it will fit. I have sat in many 18 inch chairs and they have been so uncomfortable. I hate to mention it but it also has a load capacity of up to 300lbs with all the work accessories with a high quality gas pressure cylinder and a strong nylon base, the load capacity for me is 225lbs and the breathability is the perfect match. Nobody likes sweaty backs in a leather chair.
