This is a relatively new addition to my at home spa kit. Ever since I was in a car accident earlier this year, I've had intermittent back pain. Sometimes it's at my hip level, and sometimes it's at my neck or somewhere in between. I had to have chiropractic and massage at least once a month to keep this pain at bay. I find this massage gun really relieves my stiffness, aches and pains between chiropractic and massage visits. If your arms are not flexible enough to massage your back, you may need the help of a second person. But apart from the back, you can use it alone. The battery lasts at least an hour of continuous massage at the minimum setting. I rarely set the speed above 1 because I don't think other speeds are needed for my particular conditions. I have no regrets about my purchase and I doubt you will.
