So today we got our 'new' PS Vita. And it arrived broken and kinda used. The box was unsealed. Although the appearance of Vita looked good at first glance. Upon further inspection of the device, my friend noticed that the memory slot was defective. It comes with a regular SD card, which is incorrect as Vitas uses special Sony Playstation SD cards. So it looks like someone didn't know this and is trying to force it anyway because the stylus fell out and their Playstation cards didn't register. This was supposed to be his anniversary/birthday present and he can't even use it! If I could give fewer stars I would. So disappointed. Will be updated when the seller contacts you and the issue is resolved.
