The product was sold by Nakano Syouten's US office in Ontario, California (USPS tracking showed this to be the place of origin). The description says the product is new. I was expecting it to come sealed but it isn't. While the unit I received worked perfectly and looked clean, it was clearly not new (maybe refurbished). There were small dents along the frame and the back of the device. Although the flaws were minor and I will continue to use this device, I have to give the seller two stars as I feel this is false advertising.

So today we got our 'new' PS Vita. And it arrived broken and kinda used. The box was unsealed. Although the appearance of Vita looked good at first glance. Upon further inspection of the device, my friend noticed that the memory slot was defective. It comes with a regular SD card, which is incorrect as Vitas uses special Sony Playstation SD cards. So it looks like someone didn't know this and is trying to force it anyway because the stylus fell out and their Playstation cards didn't register…
