I recently bought a laptop with Type-C port and need to project my laptop to another screen for work. Therefore, it is annoying and very frustrating when the display frequently turns off and dims to a black screen. Initially I thought the issue was with the VGA cable for the larger screen, but when I switched to HDMI and DVI cables I had the same result as using VGA. Every time I move my laptop, larger screen, cable, or adapter slightly, the screen flickers and goes black until I plug everything back in. While this hub is a lot cheaper than some of the others listed on Revain, it doesn't work. doesn't work as advertised and I'm really tired of having to make compromises.
