These storage bags are flimsy. One of the plastic windows started to separate from the stitching after less than 2 weeks of use. I have contacted the seller for a replacement (as the seller stated in the description) and they told me to go through Revain who will only issue a return. I have stored items in bags before and would rather have a replacement for the damaged ones rather than having to return the products. They are best for storing items rather than handling the bag when it's full. UPDATE: The seller said he would send me a replacement which satisfied me as a buyer. I hope the bags hold up this time. I value customer service
