I had an old early 2008 15 inch Macbook Pro with as dead as a door nail of a battery. I was looking at OEM replacements and other replacements, but most of those replacements were of questionable either quality or sellers. So I ended up going with this particular seller and battery as it seemed to have the best reviews. I am glad I did the old Macbook Pro now has a new lease on life. (running Catalina on it no less)ProsAffordable replacementFits flush and nicely with the machineCharges quicklyBattery light check worksAll relative battery information is found by MacOSDecent battery life (about 2 hours, some of that has to do with how power hungry these older (Macbook Pros are)ConThe only real negative to this is that its not an OEM battery so you cant expect the same length of time off the charger that you would get from one.So for a third party battery for people with aging Macbook Pros with these weird things called removable and fixable parts that Apple seems to be allergic to now. This battery is your best option without a doubt.
