Overall I'm very happy with it. The doors of my children's room did not stay open or the wind slammed them from the window. The magnetic doorstop works great for keeping doors fully open. The only criticism is that the product did not come with any instructions. It took me a while to figure out the best strategy for installing it. There's a weird screw part you don't know what to do with. I was told to buy my man which might be needed when attaching to hollow doors so I didn't need them. First I attached the wall stop rod. Then the magnetic receiver was aligned with the ball end of the rod. I then traced at the door where I would mount the magnetic receiver on the door. It's best to try and line up the ball and receiver perfectly so the grip is firm. Hope this makes sense and helps others.
