It has been an invaluable tool in our daily operations at KPMG Canada LLP as well as being able create new reports that we were not previously using with any other software or method of collecting data from customers (ie., manually). The support team is fantastic! I wish they had more options available thoughout different languages than English only but it seems like this will be changing soon so overall very satisfied - especially when you consider how easy access makes life easier compared what could have taken much longer otherwise!! We are solving problems related mainly around quote management/quote generation & communication between staff members within departments who do similar work across multiple regions etc..
