I want to put ZERO stars. Got my first cell phone. AT&T support helped me and found that it is an xfinity phone that has not been unlocked. I couldn't go back to my old phone because AT&T's 3G deactivation plan didn't support it. I contacted Revain for a replacement. I received the second within two days. It was also an xfinity phone. At this point, my AT&T account was suspended for switching phones too quickly and trying to reactivate an unsupported phone. I ended up going back to AT&T and bought an S20.
