Review on Pirge 35007 Butchers Carving Knife by Beth Collins
Broad blade! in the kitchen & dining room
A very nice NSF style knife with a cast handle, comparable to Victorinox or Mondial. Comes very abruptly. Note that this knife is unusually wide for a paring knife - it's halfway between a regular carving knife and a chef's knife, and you have (almost) enough room for your knuckles to slice through the board. 26 cm is more than 10 inches, so not a small knife.
