I admittedly didn't use it the way I intended.
But the device is very solid. I was very impressed with the build quality. It's harder than I could have imagined. I've heard a lot of good things about red light therapy but for some reason I'm going to start using it on a dog and I think because I can't tell if it works I always phase out the treatment. I'm sure it would work well if I was more disciplined about it.
