Review on Hydration Backpack Bladder Running Climbing by Mike Quade

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Some key features are missing

Small size is great for my 11 year old son when we go camping. Bladder and straw work well. This pack is missing 3 key features.1. The lining is sewn on incorrectly and is blocking the exit of the hose from the top of the belt (see picture). (see update: turns out it's not a hydration pocket) 2. There is no clip or velcro on the top of the pocket to hold the hydration pocket. This causes the bladder to slide to the bottom of the backpack. (see update) 3. There is no insulation inside the backpack. Although the back is soft, it doesn't help you stay cool in the water for longer. I would spend a few bucks more to get these features. Update on the review: it turns out there is velcro on the top of the bag to hold it in place. Hydration bladder, it's just not in the main zip area where we thought the hydration bladder would fit like all other hydration packs we have. Where the hydration bladder is placed, there is a separate pocket without a zipper. But still not isolated.
