Review on SecureStrux by Harley Franchetti

I have worked at other companies where we used Struxt for PCI DSS requirements but it was always difficult to get updates from them or support when something went wrong during an audit (which happened often).

However after working here they are much more proactive about keeping you up to date via email as well as phone calls/emails if there's any issues. We've been able to stay ahead of audits by using this software since our last one which has saved us time! There isn't anything specific i dislike however their customer service can be slow sometimes so keep your expectations low around holidays etc. The biggest benefit though is how easy everything works together seamlessly - no need to install 3rd party products like some others require anymore.
