I've been eating Atkins for YEARS. Although I'm gluten sensitive (not celiac), I'm usually fine as long as there's no real gluten ingredient in a product, even if it says it's made in a factory that processes wheat. Well, not with these! Bought three boxes. Three flavors. Tried one in each box to make sure it wasn't a taste issue. My throat IMMEDIATELY tightened and started itching and my stomach started cramping on the first bite. 21 dollars down the drain! Very disappointed. I was hoping this would replace my Quest cookies as they are about $1 cheaper per box and about 2 carbs fewer per cookie. Well I was disappointed too. As soon as I pulled them out, I understood why. They're about half the size of Quest cookies. Definitely not satisfying enough to replace a meal. (But they taste good if you're not allergic and just looking for a snackπ)
