update Bought a second oven which died after a year. When the first or subsequent furnace failed, there was no reaction from the company or the seller. This product is great while it works, but it's too expensive for a disposable product (will die in less than a year). Avoid at all costs! I loved this oven for the first 3 months. At this point the countdown timer stopped working. Now a year the oven has been dead. Not only did we waste the $400 on the oven, we also spent the money on extra trivets and a pizza stone.
