When my 94 year old disabled father tried to enter the dark living room in the middle of the night when he could not sleep, and such a lamp lit and ended up NOT in the elevator chair but on the floor and it took 4 hours for this little eldest daughter (and eventually her head nurse/friend/neighbor from the top floor). street) to bring it back, it's time for a new idea. This product is affordable, probably less energy cost than leaving the living room lights on, and very easy to install! Thankfully, the motion sensor's "eye" is quick to respond (though I set it at about waist height so my Boston Terrier or cat doesn't activate it at night), and the tiny lights on the strip are bright but not glaring. Great idea - glad I found it online.
