The quality of the material is terrible!
Trash in comparison. I bought a Char Broil lid for a 3-4 burner grill. Much higher quality fabric for about 15% less price. And that required at least twice as much Cuisinart material. Due to the light weight of the fabric, I plan to use a piece of cardboard when carrying the grill, otherwise holes can quickly appear. If this was shipped to Japan it would be prohibitively expensive to return. Hey, but the Cuisinart logo is beautiful. Like I said, rubbish. Cuisinart should be ashamed to put its name on something like this.
