28mm is a great size for cutting shapes for patchwork.

The name of this item is misleading. The product is a blade holder for a 28mm circle cutter and additional blades. This product has nothing to do with a large 48mm rotary knife. The 28mm cutter blade is great for cutting out various shapes for making quilts. I also found this medium-sized blade great for cutting curves in fabric to make masks.
