Wow! No more bowls and plastic wrap for me!
Update: Just discovered this folded flat surface makes the perfect tray for all your grilling! First of all, it's a lot more personal than I thought. You can easily marinate 2 brisket or 3-4 rows of ribs in this container. I've used a glass bowl and plastic wrap for pickling for years. However, this way you have to cut the ribs in half to fit in the bowl. This thing can easily handle full St. Louis racks. I love that it's foldable (just like those portable dog bowls you see everywhere that fold). No complaints as summer is fast approaching this will be very helpful! 5 Stars!
