Not bad taste, but watch out for tummy upset

I bought a box and tried these 4 times, I have 4 left that I'm afraid to eat. The first time I ate one was just after I had an upset stomach. As an intentional experiment to see if it was related to eating this bar, I tried the bar 3 more times. All 3 times on an empty stomach, twice before training and then once after. The 2nd time within 20 minutes of eating I had a gurgle in my stomach, the 3rd time the clock worked, the 4th time definitely without a doubt, not accidental and associated with eating this bar. As a result, my stomach made horrible noises, which then led to diarrhea after about 20 minutes. Maybe 15 grams of fiber? I don't know if it was a specific flavor of the bar, I don't remember which flavor I ate, I had a box of different flavors so I think 4 flavors. I can usually eat almost anything, so I want to warn you: make sure you're near the bathroom when trying this. They may not have the same effect if eaten as a snack between meals, but not on a completely empty stomach, for example after a morning workout after an overnight fast.
