The bottle was leaking (spilled).

The best shampoo I've ever used, but one of the two bottles wasn't capped properly. When I received it, 1/3 of the liquid from this bottle overflowed. The situation was similar with my first order. You want to order more but are afraid that the goods cannot be delivered without leakage (spillage) in transit.
