Open Bottle Caps

Bottle caps were open and leaking when I received them. I don't think I'll use it just for security issues, I have no idea how long the bottle has been unlocked.

Gentle on sensitive skin

This soap caused my young son to have eczema all over his body and I have the worst eczema I have ever experienced. It took me ages to realize it was caused by this soap. I've never had such a reaction to soap in my life. We are currently using Aveno baby soap and it works great.

The bottle was leaking (spilled).

Best hair and toy wash I have ever used but one of the two bottles was not capped properly. When I received it, 1/3 of the liquid from this bottle overflowed. The situation was similar with my first order. You want to order more but are afraid that the goods cannot be delivered without leakage (spillage) in transit.

Not properly sealed

I first bought this for my sensitive skin, I used it today, I really liked it. But I did NOT like that the product was NOT sealed and leaked at least half a cup of the product when I received it. And I bought the lotion and it wasn't sealed either. I do not understand that? It doesn't seem safe to have a potentially contaminated product unless it's sealed. I like the product, but I don't want to order again in this case.
