Bought these as emergency basement lights (backup freezer, electrical panel) to make them easier to access during a power outage. Very easy installation and good instructions. The light is bright and 4 sets of lanterns were enough to cover the entire 1500 sqm basement. ft. The batteries are already charged, so you can quickly check if they are installed and if they work when the power is off. Batteries are charged at an outlet.
