Update: March 20th I received a package with two new headphones because the others were broken. They have an excellent guarantee and customer service. I received them on January 16th and now on March 2nd they are broken. I think it's a microphone. It keeps calling Siri and randomly stops my music. I gave it another star because the sound is amazing when it works.
