Excellent quality, absolutely not expected for such a price.

When connected to a motherboard with a PWM controller, two of these fans quite easily cope with blowing through the computer case. They work very quietly. If the load on the computer is short-term, it seems to "sigh". And then just silence. And this is in the presence of TWO views in the body.
Noise is present under constant load. But it is connected rather with the noise of air on the grilles of the case.
