I am very disappointed in this. We already have a bathtub hoop, but this set (Skip Hop) had balls with holes in them. It's clear that they quickly got smarter. I'm convinced that toy manufacturers intentionally make bath toys with holes so they have to be constantly replaced. There's really no reason why all bath toys can't be hole-free (except squirt toys, of course). I only ordered this set to replace the balls. First, they're made out of sponge material, so while they don't have holes, they do require ringing as they absorb some water from the tub. not what I was looking for at all. Also, she has used balls for maybe 2 baths and the black lines are coming off (sometimes in pieces and sometimes just erased). I can't imagine this being hygienic considering the materials that make up the set aren't listed on the packaging, so I have no idea what's floating in my daughter's bathtub. Thankfully, she's past the mouth-everything stage, but that would be a real problem then.
