The ease in connecting to my accounts and being able to see at a glance where I am spending my money. Not having access to all my accounts at once. I always need more than one account open just to keep track of my funds in multiple banks. Also not being able to transfer money between my bank accounts without going through the system. It works but I wish it was a little easier to use. Keep your mind set that this is for small business owners who have limited resources.
