Review on Instant Pot Electric Pressure Cooker Springform Loaf Pan: Premium Non-Stick Silicone & Tempered Glass Base by Monique Johnson

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Cooked my first Instant Pot cheesecake.

This worked pretty well, for my first cheesecake made in an Instant Pot. It was a little tricky, figuring out the side latch. Once done, it worked well for me. The bottom is glass, and seems thick and quite solid. Don't drop it! The silicone sides were not completely round, upon taking this out of the box. I thought this might be an issue for the roundness of the final cake, it was not. The silicone is very flexible and in one long piece that wraps around the glass bottom. This makes it a bit unwieldy, but it's just something to get used to playing with, it's really not too bad. I tried washing it in the top rack of the dishwasher, it did not come out 100% clean. However, a little extra rinse and it was fine. I've only used it once. I will try to remember to update this review if I ever have any issues, or more tips to share. I think you will enjoy this cake pan. I am glad I bought Instant Pot brand name.
