Sadly, not for me best in my review

I can't say how excited I was to try this pan. In short, while the idea is great, the construction and functionality need a lot of improvement.Yes, I'm in the Cult of Instapot. I want all the Instapot Things. However, not this one.Initially, it comes out of the box misshapen (see images), which may not be a big issue in the long run. I am partial to anything I pay full price for being pristine out-of-the-box, though, so I was unamused. I assumed that once filled with batter it would retain its…

Cons
  • May not be suitable for baking large loaves

Instant Pot cake baking

I ordered the springform cake pan to make Japanese pancakes in my Instant Pot. The first pan arrived with a large chip in the glass bottom and after contacting the seller was replaced very quickly, but the new pan also has a chip in the glass bottom but it is much smaller so I am keeping this one and just accepting the fact it has a chip. I've used it twice now to cook pancakes in the instant pot and it does work wonderfully! Cakes are the hardest thing to cook in your instant pot but this…

Pros
  • The clear glass base allows you to monitor the baking process
Cons
  • May not be able to handle thicker batters or doughs

Awesome Helper Rack

I love this rack! So much easier than my making a silly foil sling that with my luck would break as I was lifting out of the Instant Pot UGH! I wish they came in at least 2 different colors though because we all know if silicone is cooked with food it may hold the smells. But other than that I am so glad I bought 2. I will try to mark 1 so I can use it for mild flavor cooking and the other can be for strong odored food. After using this for a while for meats I will not need to mark it as it has…

Pros
  • Silicone materials are freezer-safe, allowing you to store your baked goods
Cons
  • May not produce the same texture as traditional baking

Cooked my first Instant Pot cheesecake.

This worked pretty well, for my first cheesecake made in an Instant Pot. It was a little tricky, figuring out the side latch. Once done, it worked well for me. The bottom is glass, and seems thick and quite solid. Don't drop it! The silicone sides were not completely round, upon taking this out of the box. I thought this might be an issue for the roundness of the final cake, it was not. The silicone is very flexible and in one long piece that wraps around the glass bottom. This makes it a bit…

Pros
  • The non-stick surface ensures the loaf or cake comes out perfectly every time
Cons
  • Silicone may retain odors from previous baking

Get this -Get This- GET THIS

And throw out the metal one you have. The one you’ve never EVER been able to really get clean anyway. You know, the one you’ve turned a blind eye to the dried on, caked on crusty food bits that refused to come off from old who knows what recipes. You promised yourself you’d never be THAT person with the old food on your bakeware but dang it, the old school spring form pans just always seemed to hang on to some sliver of an old meal of yours. Maybe it was just too delicious? Sure, keep telling…

Pros
  • Heat resistant to 450F (230C), dishwasher & freezer safe
Cons
  • May not be as durable as metal pans

Instant pot cake mold

April 28, 2020:I bought this because my wife found a recipe for lemon cheesecake in an instant pot. Easily put together, easily cooked, and the cake came out great.Silicone molds are one of the biggest pains to clean, though. They flop everywhere, and you can't really get a solid grip on them. The other side of that equation is you don't have to worry about breaking it if you have to grip it weird. If you're into instant pot cakes, do yourself a favor and get this.

Pros
  • Pressure Cooker Parts & Accessories
Cons
  • May be prone to warping with frequent use

You put it together it is pieces not a pot

I made lasagna in it. It did work. You have to bring this long silicone around the base and then take this fastened and go down to keep the silicone together. The silicone is a little flimsy so it can lean it till you start to get filling it. So it isn't a normal cake pan with a buckle. I was a little worried it would fall apart but it didn't. I regret not getting the one with a buckle. But live and learn. I got this and till it breaks it is what I'm going to use. I think it is one of the…

Pros
  • Made with high-quality materials for durability and longevity
Cons
  • May not distribute heat evenly

Perfect addition to all electric pressure cookers

I use this in my "Faberware" 7 in 1 and it is the perfect fit. I noticed other comments about leakage and cannot believe they just didn't give it a fair trial. It is made to let the oil from meat run out the bottom into the water. I have made many meatloaves in this and in fact, just made a 2lb Venison meatloaf for my husband. YES, it is made to hold 2 lb of meatloaf and I could not be more satisfied. I ordered 2 additionals pans for the family. Easy to assemble, clean-up is fast and easy. I…

Pros
  • Compatible with Instant Pot electric pressure cookers
Cons
  • May require extra time to cool down before removing from the cooker

High Quality. Here is how I use them.

Excellent quality. The sweet spot for time is 13 minutes. I put rice into one (1.25 measure water to 1 rice), elbow noodles in the other (cover with water) and put in a couple of eggs and set the time for 13 minutes. I make sure there is of course at least a cup of water beneath the bottom trivet. The rice, noodles and egg come out just right for me.I also have made brownies by setting the time for 60 minutes. The brownies come through just right. The longer the required cook time the less…

Pros
  • Home & Kitchen
Cons
  • May not be compatible with all pressure cooker brands
