Awesome Helper Rack
I love this rack! So much easier than my making a silly foil sling that with my luck would break as I was lifting out of the Instant Pot UGH! I wish they came in at least 2 different colors though because we all know if silicone is cooked with food it may hold the smells. But other than that I am so glad I bought 2. I will try to mark 1 so I can use it for mild flavor cooking and the other can be for strong odored food.After using this for a while for meats I will not need to mark it as it has a slight odor of the meats. Also I use this rack all by itself I just fold foil into a square then fold corners down under which makes it easier to clean afterwards. Now I wish I had not bought extra wire type racks as all I need are these kind, live and learn. I have yet to try making a cheesecake in the 6qt IP but I did test the pan I bought and it fits down in the recess of this rack so I know it will work.
