I tried measuring my finger for a ring without this product and got a size 11 response which seemed huge and wrong. It was huge and wrong. I don't know if the diagram was wrong or what I did wrong, but the size of the ring was huge. It didn't even fit on my finger - it was so big. With this ring sizer I was able to quickly and easily determine the ring size for my index finger which was actually an 8 not an 11. 3 sizes are different. I wish it was a little easier to read. Gold labels aren't that bad, but I think neon yellow or green would be a lot easier. I think the black stripe is the right choice. It's quite flexible and made of good plastic. It's a very simple, very practical, and very useful tool. I wish there were more things like this in the world.
