Review on 🎨 Ultimate Solution: Max Strip Spray Paint & Graffiti Remover 22oz by Jerardo Phi

90% effective on me

I didn't have any graffiti to try this but I did have some badly colored rocks. It's fun to draw bricks and post them to the community for others to find. Sometimes my pictures disappoint me so I wanted to clean and recolor them. I took them outside on the mulch and sprayed the washer on them. The instructions were a little sparse so I wasn't sure how long to let it sit. Wiping with a rag was messy, so I put on thin plastic gloves and used an old toothbrush to scrub the paint off. I didn't want the spray (or paint) to get on my hands. It was smudged, something moved away, but not completely. They were painted a few months ago, so maybe newer graffiti can be removed more easily. After a few repeated sprays, brushes, and wiping with a rag, the stones were fairly clean, or at least pale enough for me to paint over the old drawing. I believe this mixture will be more effective on a smooth surface like a painted wall. Glad to have it on hand for small paint stripping jobs. If you have a toddler in your area, it would be wise to buy one of these. The description says it's "low VOC" but I don't know what that means. It's also called a gel, but it's more of a liquid spray.

Pros
  • Paint remover and paint remover
Cons
  • So far so good
