Review on 🔊 Monoprice 102821 Access Series 14AWG CL2 Rated 2-Conductor Speaker Cable - 250ft Fire-Safe In-Wall Rated, White PVC Jacketed, 99.9% Oxygen-Free Pure Bare Copper by David Hodgson

I am using the 4th reel of this cable and it has always been good, but this last 100ft reel is not the right cable at all. Monoprice has clearly opted for cost savings over quality. Both the outer white jacket and the insulation of individual wires are now significantly thinner. IT seems flimsy and cheaply made. To be fair, I used it in an app where it was meant to be seen, so the new razor-thin case is unacceptable. This allows the individual conductors to be seen inside and makes the cable look twisted rather than a nice round cable like it used to be. I'm surprised they can still get their CL2 rating. I'll have to look elsewhere for my 4-wire cable needs.
