Revain sent me 2 Google Pixel 3 phones both of which were faulty. The battery of the first device was defective 6 months after purchase. The second device turned out to be defective out of the box. Maybe it's just bad luck. What worries me the most is Asurion's defense plan. They had my phone for a month. I have received an email confirming the phone has been returned and should expect a Revain gift card for the amount of the purchase within 72 hours. I have spent countless hours on the phone with Asurion staff and have received many excuses as to why my claim is still pending. I was charged a $100 service fee for filing a claim and the service from Asurion is terrible. My advice: If you're buying a Google Pixel 3 from Revain, skip Asurion's protection plan. They drag their feet when it's their turn to pay.
