I've been using this product for over a week now and I absolutely love it. I keep it on my bedside table as I'm on call 24/7. It's so easy to answer a call in the middle of the night without having to unplug like you used to. The best thing about this device is that you can raise or lower the connector that connects to your phone. The case can be left. I don't understand the other negative complaints. For me it does what it promises, I would definitely buy it again. It's not a workstation, it's a docking station, so you don't have to fiddle around to take a call while seated. Now that I've made that statement, I'm going to buy another one for my desk.
