The customer service is amazing, I have never once had to wait more than 5 minutes when calling in with an issue or question about their product! They are always quick at responding quickly as well (and it's not just me!). We've used them before but we stopped using because they were so slow - nothing was ever fixed fast enough that our clients didn't get frustrated waiting weeks between issues being resolved after submitting tickets months ago. It took us 3-4 hours of searching online from other companies who also claimed such high uptime rates only to find out there weren’t any numbers behind those claims either!! So many times people would call saying "our site isn t working right now what should i do? " And sometimes these responses came back within 10 seconds while others could take days. My client loves how easy this tool makes his life easier by giving him reports he can use immediately instead if having someone else compile all data manually over time which takes.
