I like the fact that it is easy to use, user friendly, and has all of the tools you need to run successful campaigns. It is not as intuitive as some other programs out there, but it seems like they are making improvements every release. I also love the flexibility you have with Iris. The most important thing I like about this program is that it allows me to focus more of my time directly with clients, which helps them understand what we're doing at our agency better than any other marketing tool out there. The customer service is amazing, I have never once had to wait more than 5 minutes when calling in with an issue or question about their product! They are always quick at responding quickly as well (and it's not just me!). The interface is intuitive, easy to use with multiple options at your fingertips! You can create posts quickly in bulk or individually which makes it very efficient when you're looking through hundreds of campaigns each day as I am doing here - we are able to spot trends/patterns much quicker than if they were all manually entered one by one into Excel spreadsheet format (which would be so tedious).
