I read several reviews before purchasing two of these ladders. Most mentioned a poorly delivered product. Spring. BOTH (sent to two different addresses) The stairs I ordered fell apart. Both also lacked any equipment. No wheels, no screws and no instructions. I ordered two which should be exactly the same. One even lacked the pilot holes needed to attach the railing. After drilling everything myself, I ended up buying similar bots and wheels from Homedepot just to get things going. Suspension bikes are of course hard to find. lesson learned
