I had trouble with this right away but tried to get it working. It had no instructions on how to use it or any of the accessories, adjust settings, set the timer and heater, etc. It only had vague instructions on how to replace parts. The heat press is wobbly and misaligned and cannot be adjusted. The liner is not connected to the heat press so it will slip off every time you use or adjust your shirt or whatever you press. The handle is wobbly and does not sit in the center of the heat press or hat press. The hat press post is too wide for the groove it's supposed to sit in, so it wobbles no matter how hard you tighten the small thumbscrews that hold it in place. And the top of the hat press is off-center and smaller than the bottom of the hat press, making it difficult to center the pattern and the hat. As for the heater, after a month (of course, only a couple of days after the money-back guarantee expired), the machine didn't keep the set temperature. I set it to 320 but it never stabilized. It went up to 320, then when I press start it slowly lowered the temp to 289 or sometimes lower. My food was heated incorrectly and unevenly, resulting in the destruction of many items. The reset button never worked (I've tried before when the heater didn't work or stayed on all the time). It's just a weak button for looks. I have written to the seller to see if they would do an exchange but at the moment I am losing business due to being unable to manufacture my product. If the seller exchanges it I will change my rating but for now I am seriously disappointed with the quality of this product.
