I LOVE this shovel!
I had a metal dustpan for many years, but it got lost when I moved house. I couldn't find another one at the store, so I used cheap plastic with a "rubber edge" that doesn't stay flat when you brush dirt on it. There's no metal strip and it stays flat to the ground and catches anything that hits it. Heavier than plastic, but I prefer them because I don't get as frustrated trying to get all the dirt off the floor. I love that it's made in the USA and written right on the pan!
