I love this skirt and its small size (but not cigar size). The seller says that 1-2 cm difference in measurement from the size chart is allowed since it is handmade. Which I totally understand, since I sew professionally. My waist is 39 inches so I ordered 3XL according to the size chart. This skirt was 40 inches plus the drawstring so it didn't sit exactly where I needed it to be comfortable. The length is close to the size grid, so that's a plus. I'm not a fan of the fact that the lining is 5 inches shorter than the skirt. I could see an inch or two but it does NOT look good in black with my pale pale legs. I am returning this so I can get a size smaller and hopefully have good luck with a good fit on my next one because the lace is really high quality. between the length of the lining and the outer fabric. Edited Review: Just received and tried on the 2XL. It's just 2+ inches longer at the waist. Fascination for the third time? With hope? I really love this skirt. I just want the size chart to be accurate. :(
