Great for travel but extra wide

Wanted to keep the set in a diaper bag with its own pocket and it's a great set especially for travel. My only problem is that both the spoon and fork are very wide. Maybe it's better for older kids 2+. My 15 month old daughter has a hard time eating it and most of it ends up in her mouth unlike other slimmer brands. With this set I have to help her feed her and she is frustrated that she can't do it on her own. so I'm looking for a new set and this will be kept until she's a little older.
